The Green-tea Food Development Research Center is located in Jeonnam, Korea, where it has 1,000 soy jars in an area of about 18,000 pyeong. This area is also home to the biggest green-tea garden in nation.
The Green-tea Food Development Research Center makes green-tea Gochujang (thick soypaste mixed with red pepper), Doinjang (soybean paste), Guksu (noodles), Jocheong (grain syrup), Yugwa (oil and honey pastry), Ddeokguk (rice-cake soup), and Cheongukjang (fermented soybeans). They are made using green-tea leaves from about 5,000 pyeong area of the green-tea farm. Organic agricultural products are beans, Taeyangcho red pepper and wheat, which ferment by traditional method in old jars. 0 0
