Gijang Kelp is raised at clean sea area and we only sort out the top part of
kelp that has rich Alginic acid & cellulose with good color and taste.
The soft kelp gathered between April and May is processed as wrap use and gathered
between middle of June and August is processed as dried kelp. Our Gijang Kelp
is 100% sunlight dried, so it has much more cellulose and good taste & fragrance
as conveniently cut.
Mostly use it for soup seasoning and stew, but it can be fried or wrap use.

recipe.
