Kimchi Dumpling

Selling point

  1. Kimchi dumpling, a traditional food using Kimchi, delivers spicy and tangy flavor of kimchi and hearty flavor of meat at the same time.
  2. By using well-fermented kimchi as a main ingredient, the taste brings out fresh and tangy, spicy and fresh flavors all together.
  3. Chunil Food is the first manufacturer of gyouza dumpling in Korea.

Cooking instructions

  1. Deep fried dumpling: Fry frozen dumpling in 170-180°C oil, and serve with soy sauce.
  2. Fried dumpling with sweet and sour sauce: Serve deep fried dumpling with sweet and sour sauce with onion, bell pepper, and pineapple.
  3. Fried dumpling with chili sauce: Serve deep fried dumpling with chili sauce or hot and sweet sauce.
  4. Steamed Dumpling: Put frozen dumpling in a steamer, and cook. Serve with soy sauce.
  5. Others: Use Chunil Dumpling for dumpling soup, Korean style hot and spicy beef soup, and other dishes.
