This is a new kind of sauce derived from the existing
notion of Soonchang Moonokrae Hoe Pepper Paste. The new sauce retains
the paste's combination of red pepper's hot flavor and fresh tomato. While
making the most of the flavor and function of Hot Pepper Paste which relies
on fermented foods and well-matching the peculiar oriental flavor of Hot
Pepper Paste and the western flavor or tomato, it additionally contains
various nutrients, mainly protein and sugar, net amino acid of glutamic
acid and lysine, AMP etc.
In comparison to the existing sauce, it is low in sugar(13%), and citric
acid, seven kinds of organic acids, capsaicin and the like make up only
2.93% of the product.
